The partnership between Czech Airlines and AARON GROUP continues

The representatives of Czech Airlines (CSA) have decided to prolong the cooperation with the Czech company AARON GROUP, which is specialized in delivering comprehensive solutions in the field of e-Commerce. „CSA has used our booking system Symphony since 2005 as a main tool for the sale of flight tickets on the Internet,” said Zdenek Hoffmann, sales director of AARON GROUP.

Symphony is internationally successful online booking system, which represents a new generation in providing online travel services. The entire platform is provided to Czech Airlines in a model called Software as a Service (SaaS) which means that the operation of the solution is fully ensured by AARON GROUP. „The greatest advantages of SaaS are zero costs for operating and maintaining the own HW or SW equipment, guaranteed service accessibility and nonstop monitoring 7 days a week, 24 hours a day,“ Zdenek Hoffmann explains.

Together with the reservation system Czech Airlines is using also a payment centre Paython – one of the another main AARON GROUP´s product. It is a unique and comprehensive solution for online payments with a direct connection to more than 90 different payment methods.

AARON GROUP has also developed a new mobile solution for CSA. In January a new native mobile application for iOS and Android has been deployed. Among other things, the application offers also ancillary services, such as seat selection, lounge or the possibility of buying luggage and overweight.

“This contract means for us a significant shift from the position of a supplier to the prestigious position of the operator. Furthermore it consolidates a long-term partnership with a major airline with more than ninety years of tradition,” Zdenek Hoffmann summarized the significance of this cooperation.
