Vodafone Chat – new online application from AARON GROUP
In February a new solution called “Vodafone chat” has been released by the company AARON GROUP. Several months after the application launching, we can undoubtedly say that the first results are very positive. The main aim was to optimize the number of incoming calls and received e-mails, which was fulfilled in the first weeks.
The Chat module is built on a component-based technology Oracle RightNow Web Experience, which is a cloud platform allowing maintain customer service and support.
Among others, the system provides e. g. Customizing authentication module, FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), Cobrowse, e-mail support (email Care), where the customers may enter incidents via the contact form, e-mail or social networks.
„The responsibility of our team was to secure Vodafone Chat from beginning to end, from the specification of required behaviour in different eCommerce channels through programming and configuration of the RightNow console up to support during the launching the applicaion”, said Zdeněk Hoffmann, sales director of AARON GROUP.
Before releasing the chat for customers, external security audit was performed. During testing the vulnerability of the system was examined as well as the verification that the application does not contain security errors.
